My Story

From her first job at the Detroit Bank & Trust to President of Anton, Sowerby & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Susan (Sue) Blanchard understands value of hard work and showing up with purpose.

Sue forged her own path, building a successful career in the local commercial banking industry. She earned respect not just for her financial knowledge, but for her integrity, her work ethic, and her ability to connect with people. Sue began her “second act” career, transitioning into commercial real estate in 2012, with Anton, Sowerby & Associates and quickly rose to top salesperson with the same principles that shaped her early career: discipline, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to serving others. Sue brings the full weight of her experience, professionalism, and pride in her work to everything she does. Sue is deeply rooted in her community, serving on the boards of Turning Point and the Clinton Valley Kiwanis, as well as serving her church, Trinity Lutheran in Utica. Sue is also member of the Air & Space Forces Association-Michigan.

When Sue's not working, though she rarely slows down, she can often be found on the lake, spending time with her family or on the golf course, where she brings the same focus and enthusiasm that has defined her career.
