In 1988, a chance meeting between local real estate agent Dave Zorn and established developer, Gebron "Gabe" Anton led to the founding of Anton, Zorn & Associates, a firm created with a shared vision of bringing a high-quality commercial real estate brokerage to the county seat. Not long after, Joe Sowerby joined the team, bringing with him years of experience from the automotive sales industry. His business acumen and drive quickly earned him a partnership role, and he would go on to serve as company president for nearly two decades.
 

​Today, that legacy continues under the leadership of Susan "Sue" Blanchard and Garth Frounfelker. Sue joined the company in 2012 following a successful career in banking, quickly becoming a top-producing agent, known for her client-first approach and strategic insight. Garth, who started with the firm in 2007 as an administrative assistant, worked his way up through nearly two decades of dedicated service and mentorship from both Gabe Anton and Joe Sowerby. Now serving as Executive Vice President & Director of Operations, Garth plays a key role in shaping the future of the company.
