With decades of experience as a licensed real estate broker, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and integrity to the commercial real estate industry. Over the years, he has owned and managed more than 150 properties, giving him a hands-on understanding of building mechanics, property operations, and the everyday challenges owners face. This real-world experience allows Jim to guide clients with practical solutions and honest advice rooted in decades of work.
 

As a former business owner who successfully operated several companies and managed large teams of contractors, Jim developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Beyond business, he is committed to giving back, serving as Past President of the Mount Clemens Lions Club, where he currently overseas community events and fundraisers.
